XINXIU has a non-standard mechanical automation R&D team of more than 80 people. Over the past few years, we have focused on developing high-precision, high-automation and convenient non-standard automation equipment. 

XINXIU has developed proprietary laser cutting equipment specialized for composite materials such as Kevlar®. It is designed for melting, cutting and drilling of fiber reinforced composites with a small heat-impact zone. 

The patented hot press forming (rapid heating & cooling) is necessary for high volume mass production of thermoplastic composite parts. 

XINXIU also developed automatic fabric cutting, robotic loading (for injection molding and hot press forming), robotic polishing, and automatic fabric lamination systems.
